Front shot of completed portable n64. Power switch is that little odd thing sticking out the front

Shot from front. It is worth noting that this still works fine as a normal console.

Running one of my favorite games, Perfect Dark. Note the power plug, it's connected to the same lead-acid battery I used for my portable Wii, this is the current solution until I get a charger for the 8.4v NI-MH pack I have.

Front shot. It should explain the goal of the portable - work as a perfect portable and (full!) home console. Exp slot (on bottom) is still in place even though I have relocated the cart slot. ;)

Guts. Everything seen is working. At this time (2009-05-03 14:24:06), the controller is in the mail. I still have no plans for the 3.3v regulator yet though, so until I do, it will have to be near a wall outlet whenever it is to be used. It is also worthy to note that the board is a very late model, from 2000, so I got fairly lucky in relocating the cart slot.
